4 Steps to Obtain Your Dream Body

What is that dream body you have always craved for? Does it feature a flat tummy, perky breasts, slim waist, toned abs or eye-popping psychic? If yes, how do you plan on achieving them? No idea?

We all have a picture of our dream body lodged in our minds. However, many of us lack a clear plan on how to bring that dream to reality. And that is where this article comes in. Below, we have highlighted a few steps to help you stick with a workout plan, allowing you to achieve your dream body. 

  1. Define your goals

Before engaging in any workout routine, diet, etc., you need to clearly understand your goals. What do you want? Do you want to get diced to the bone, add lean muscle, shed belly fat or build leg muscles?

Write down your goals and adopt measures that can help you achieve them. If your goal is to have perky breasts, you may want to consider breast firming exercises or plastic surgery by Dr. Daniel Shapiro for fast results.  Remember, failure to outline your goals may result in you running in circles. Certainty, you don’t want to waste your time and effort engaging in things that are unrelated to your goals. 

  1. Make your workout and diet plan fun.

So you have developed a diet and a workout plan. But you are finding it hard to remain consistent. Why? While you may be quick to blame laziness or your crammed schedule, we believe that the issue lies in the nature of your workout and diet plan.

Take a good look at your workout plan. Do you enjoy doing it?  Or whenever you begin that strength workout, you often look forward to the end?

What about your diet plan? Is it as boring as 50 shades of grey? If yes, you need to inject some fun into it, the same with your workout plan. When you make your workout and diet plan enjoyable, giving up wouldn’t be an option. 

  1. Drink enough water

Your doctor must have told you this. Regardless, we’ll repeat it. Drinking an adequate amount of water has several therapeutic benefits. Aside from stabilizing your heartbeat and normalizing blood pressure, hydrating regularly can help repair your muscle after visiting the gym. It can also help improve sagging skin, flush toxins, reduce pimples and acne, and moisturize your skin.

Though teas and coffees consist of water, they shouldn’t add to your water total. Coffee contains caffeine that can cost various health issues like insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, stomach upset, etc. Taking excess tea on hand can cause poor sleep, nausea, heartburn, etc. 

  1. Maintain a healthy diet

There are loads of edibles out there. Some are good for your health, while others aren’t. To achieve your dream body, we advise that you embrace healthy meals and shun unhealthy ones.

Stop eating unhealthy and oily foods like fries, cake, and ice cream. Instead, go for meals that are high in protein. Such meals help promote body growth. Consuming small portions of a protein-rich meal can go a long way in keeping your body in check.

Also, if you are fond of skipping meals, ensure you stop. Even if you wouldn’t eat too much, it is ok to eat a little portion. Skipping meals can slow down your metabolism, causing weight gain or making it difficult for you to lose weight. 


You cannot achieve your dream body if what you do is fantasize about it all day. Do you want to tone your abs or lose belly fat? Engage in the necessary exercises. Until you make a conscious effort to achieve your dream body, you won’t see any results.
